Level 1 (CS1)
Once a nonconformity is observed, Supplier has to assure Customer protection by establishing Level I Controlled Shipping.
DLOG assists the supplier in finding out the root cause, defines corrective action plan, monitors the efficiency and, if the case, revises the actions
Level 2 (CS2)
While supplier fails to fix recurred nonconformity or facing significant quality issue, intervening of third party inspection and sorting company would be mandatory upon to request of customer as Level 2 Controlled Shipping, DLOG is conducting CS2 inside the supplier/OEM or in DLOG's off-site facility
